Exactly as booked - waiting for us at the airport. The location of the pick up for the return journey was changed by us with no problem. Altogether an excellent service.

it was our first time in prague and while our driver was a few mins late he was very friendly and helpful,he was also very prompt collecting us from our hotel on the return would definitely recommend them and will use them again on our next visit

Fantastic service, driver was waiting for us in the arrivals lounge. Dropped off right at door of appt. Phoned taxi day before departure to return to airport, same driver and fantastic service again. Would use again and highly recommend

The service was excellent. Our driver was waiting to greet us at the airport and provided some good advice as to where to go, things to try, and what to be careful about as well...it was like having the Coles notes for our brief visit. For the return to the airport, our driver was there in plenty of time, and completed a great stay. Will definitely use this service again when I return to Prague...

I booked transfers through this company as customer reviews were extremly good, I was not disappointed. Driver was there to meet us at the airport , on the journey to our hotel he pointed out various landmarks advised us that our hotel was very good and in a great location to visit all the sites. Was very impressed with the service provided and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I was very pleased with the service provided. Booking was very easy. The drivers were both pleasant and very obliging.Inbound: the driver was waiting exactly where described. Outbound: the driver arrived at the hotel in good time and made himself known to us. The vehicles used were clean and good quality. If I was returning to Prague in the near future(which isn't likely)I would use the service again. I would recommend you to others. Thankyou.

A very good service that is easy to book on line. I was travelling alone and wanted the security of a car waiting for me when I arrived. The driver was helpful and courteous and the car was spotlessly clean. I will use this service again when in Prague
