We were greeted in the arrivals terminal at the airport by the driver displaying a name card. A very short walk later we were at the car which was clean and presentable both inside and out. We than took the 25 minute or so journey to the hotel in which the driver was quite chatty speaking very good English and offered advice on the sites to visit and things to do. We were dropped at the hotel right outside the front door and our bags were carried in for us. The return journey was much the same and I can only praise the professionalism and friendliness of the drivers and recommend to all.

I found the whole experiance from start to finish a Joy. I travelled with work at the beginning of Feb. I booked the transfer via the website,which was clear and gave me a clear cost of transfer. The driver was very helpful and friendly.I received confirmation via email regarding my return journey back to the airpiort and the taxi was waiting for me at the time arranged. I will be recommending your service to my friends and collegues.

Very good service. I booked them, they were there on arrival with my name on a board - which was easy to spot. The driver spoke very good English and on route to the hotel gave us information of where we were and what we could see. The driver was well presented and the car was new and very clean. The driver even gave us recommendations of places to go and see. Our return to the airport was flawless we even changed hotels and this was not a problem for them.You paid when you got there was a worry in case they were not there but also put my mind at rest that they would take payment and not ar

An excellent service. Taxi driver was very friendly and gave lots of advice on places to visit. He carried our bags from airport to taxi and from taxi into hotel. He was very polite and courteous and my friends and I were delighted with the service provided. Would highly recommend this firm and would definitely use again when we return to Prague. First class service.

It is always a little worrying to book this kind of thing online, however everything worked perfectly. The transfer was there when we arrived (even though we were early!), the driver was very pleasant and friendly. Return pick up was as arranged -we didn't have to confirm - and the driver got us there in plenty of time despite it being rush hour. Would highly recommend this company.
