This was our second time for using the transfer service. An as last time it was excelent and flexible service. Our arrival was delayed by 40 min and we changed pick up place for our departal. All worked very well. We will use the service also next time.

Excellent service from this company.Driver was at airport waiting as we landed,even though we landed 20 minutes early.He was well placed and spotted him immediately as we left the arrivals hall.We were worried about the return service,but again the driver was very punctual.The drivers speak english very well and are very keen to point out attractions or answer any questions you may have about the city.As we had spent all our money,the driver was very polite when i explained i couldnt give him a tip,I could only give him 20 crowns which is nothing,he deserved more.The vouchers are excellent

We booked a return service 2 days before we were due to fly. We were surprised to see the driver holding my name card as soon as we got in to arrivals. Milan helped us with our luggage although we said we were ok, and pointed out all the sites along the way. On the return journey the driver was at reception before the agreed time and also helped with all our luggage. He made the effort to find out the correct terminal to drop us off and also gave us some local knowledge along the way. Both drivers were lovely and spoke perfect english. Excellent Service!

An excellent service. Our driver was waiting for us at the airport as we landed. He was pleasant and helpful. Our driver who returned us to the airport was on time and told us about life in Prague and was extremely nice. My husband and I would rate this service as 5*+ and would be confident in using this company again. Thank you for contributing to our lovely holiday in Prague.

We visited Prague in February 2011 and decided to pre-book our transfers to and from the airport. I found and compared quite a few different transfer companies on line and eventually booked with pragueairport-transfer.com due to their very competitive prices. On arrival in Prague we were pleasantly surprised to find our driver waiting and we were driven directly to our hotel in a very comfortable, roomy mini-bus. Our driver spoke perfect English and was very helpful and informative. In fact we were so impressed with his professionalism that we requested he be our return driver on departure.

An excellent service. We booked that morning and driver was there without any problems at the airport in the evening to meet us. Both drivers were very helpful and David in particular was extremely knowledgeable and offered some interesting facts and places of interest to visit both in Prague and also out with Prague to some of the other towns. We visit Prague every year and will definitely be booking our next airport transfer to Prague with this company.

The transfer to the hotal from the airport was fantasic, the driver was so helpful and friendly giving us information about the city of Prague, which were very grateful for. He greeted us with a smile and helped us with our bags. The cab was clean and tidy and the atmophere cheerful and the free map of prague for very useful. We would definetly use this service again and recommend it to others. We would also like to say another big thankyou to the driver for all his help.
