Booking Process

Bookings can be made by choosing your transport type, completing and submitting the form located here, once you have submitted the form you will be a given a booking number, please keep this number for further refrence.

You can also make a reservation by sending an e-mail to including information such as:

  • your name
  • number of passengers
  • mobile telephone number
  • date of arrival
  • flight number
  • arrival time and the hotel you want to be transported to or from

An e-mail confirmation will be sent within 24 hours of receiving your transport request.

If you need an instant (within 120 minutes) confirmation please send a text message to the follow number 00420 725 049 100 quoting your booking number and your name.

Child Transport

In accordance to Czech law, children are obliged to use car seats. Please inform us when making the reservation if children are being transported so that we may provide the appropriate seating. Don't hesitate to contact us with any questions and/or concerns you may have regarding this matter.

Available Bookings

We provide both one way and round-trip transport. Please specify which transfer option you require upon making your reservation. Contact us if any changes are necessary.

Transport outside of Prague is available upon request.

Payment Options

You do not need to pay any deposit to make a reservation. Payment is cash to the driver in Czech Crowns, (Euros and Pound Sterling is also accepted). If you require a receipt please inform us when making the booking and we will happily provide one. Currently we do not accept Credit card payment.


Our prices are not calculated per person, but are based on the vehicle capacity and number of people, this means that the price for 1,2,3 or 4 people traveling in one vehicle will be the same fixed rate, the same applies to 6, 7 and 8 people in one vehicle. The distance to your hotel does not affect the price, so if you hotel is located outside of Prague centre (but within the municipality of Prague) the price is the same as traveling to a hotel in the centre.

Refunds & Compensations

All refunds and compensation claims must be made within 15 days by writing or by email. Beyond that period you are not entitled to refunds/compensations, but we will still investigate your complaint.
This does not affect your statutory rights. Compensation for damages/inconvenience is limited to a maximum amount which is equal to the cost of transportation for each reservation, but not exceeding the amount of 2,000 CZK.

There is no chance to refund money in case that we don't receive any message from the customer at least 5hrs before pick up.
